Step 1 - Email

Step 2 - Documentation

Step 3 - Validation
Print the documentation, verify that all the information is correct, call us in case of doubt and when you have signed it, return it to us in person at our office.
Step 4 - Original documents
The originals are presented to the TGSS and all the registration documentation of your employee is delivered, as well as the payroll through a secure system in compliance with the LOPD. (Organic Law. Data Protection).

OBLIGATION to carry out an employment contract for domestic employees.
retribution
As a minimum, payment in cash of the minimum interprofessional wage (SMI) is guaranteed on an annual basis for full-time work.
Price
It will be based on the hours worked and therefore the remuneration received by the worker. In 2019 the contribution rate will be 28.30 percent, with 23.60% + 1.50% corresponding to the employer and 4.70% to the domestic worker. In 2022 the contribution rate will be 28.3% paid by the employer and 4.7% paid by the household employee.
Compensation
The worker due to termination of contract due to withdrawal by the employer will be entitled to compensation of twelve days per year worked. If the contract is terminated incorrectly, the compensation in favor of the worker would be 20 days per year of service.
